Internet properties window can be launched from command prompt by executing the command inetcpl.cpl.

To open the “Internet Properties” dialog on the “CONNECTIONS” tab:
C:\Windows\System32\control.exe inetcpl.cpl,,4
…or to activate a different tab in the same dialog, change the number “4” to another value between 1 and 6 to open the associated tab number.
how can I push a button from command line here for example in the 6th tab ?
